Piclumi is a free stock image platform that provides high-quality images for personal and commercial use. Our content library includes:
- AI-Generated Images — Original creations produced using artificial intelligence tools
- PNG Graphics & Illustrations — Digital graphics, icons, and transparent-background assets
- Realistic Original Photography — Real photographs captured by contributors
All images are available for free download under the Piclumi Free License, subject to the restrictions outlined in these Terms.
When you download any image from Piclumi, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and distribute the image for both personal and commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions below.
- Use images in personal or commercial projects
- Use images on websites, apps, and digital platforms
- Use images on social media (personal or business accounts)
- Use images in YouTube videos, TikTok, and other video content
- Use images in print media, advertising, and billboards
- Incorporate images into merchandise you sell (T-shirts, mugs, posters, etc.)
- Use images in client work or on behalf of your employer
- Edit, crop, colorize, or otherwise modify images
- Use images in presentations, reports, and educational materials
- Use images in blog posts and editorial content
- No Stock Reselling — You may not upload or sell Piclumi images on any paid stock platform including Shutterstock, Adobe Stock, Getty Images, iStock, Alamy, Depositphotos, Dreamstime, 123RF, or similar services
- No Free Stock Redistribution — You may not upload Piclumi images to other free image platforms such as Unsplash, Pexels, Pixabay, Freepik, or similar sites
- No Standalone Image Resale — You may not sell the raw image file itself as a standalone digital product
- No Ownership Claims — You may not claim copyright or intellectual property ownership of any Piclumi image
- No Harmful Use — You may not use images in content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or violates the rights of others
- No Impersonation — AI-generated images may not be used to falsely represent or impersonate real individuals
- No Adult Content — Images may not be used in any explicit or adult-oriented content
Piclumi retains full intellectual property rights over all images hosted on this platform. The Piclumi Free License grants you usage rights but does not transfer ownership.
Piclumi reserves the right to distribute, sell, and license the same images through other channels, including paid microstock platforms and commercial licensing agencies. The same image available for free on Piclumi may also be sold elsewhere under different licensing terms — this does not affect your free license.
- AI images are original creative works owned by Piclumi
- They do not depict real people — any resemblance to real individuals is coincidental
- Users must not use AI images to deceive, mislead, or create false impressions about real people or events
- In jurisdictions requiring AI content disclosure, users are responsible for making such disclosures as required by local law
By using Piclumi, you agree that you will not:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to bulk-download images without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers connected to it
- Upload, post, or transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
Piclumi displays advertisements through Google AdSense. These ads help us keep the platform free for all users. Piclumi is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements displayed on the Site. Clicking on ads is at your own discretion.
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. Piclumi has no control over the content or privacy practices of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them.
All images and content on Piclumi are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Piclumi makes every effort to ensure images are original and properly licensed, but we do not guarantee that images are free from all third-party claims.
Piclumi does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Piclumi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or downloaded images. You assume full responsibility for how you use any content downloaded from Piclumi.
Your license to use Piclumi images is automatically revoked if you violate any of these Terms. Piclumi reserves the right to pursue legal remedies in cases of serious violations, including unauthorized redistribution of images on stock platforms.
Piclumi reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Images downloaded before a policy change remain licensed under the terms in effect at the time of download. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
