Piclumi is committed to maintaining a platform that respects intellectual property rights. We take all copyright infringement claims seriously and will act promptly upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice.

All images on Piclumi are either:

• AI-Generated — Original creations produced by Piclumi using artificial intelligence tools
• Original Photography — Photographs taken by verified contributors who own the rights
• Licensed Content — Images properly licensed for distribution on this platform

To file a copyright infringement claim, your notice must include all of the following:

1. Your Identity Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address as the copyright owner or authorized representative.
2. Description of the Copyrighted Work A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, provide a representative list.
3. Location of the Infringing Content The exact URL(s) on piclumi.blogspot.com where the allegedly infringing content is located, so we can identify and locate the material.
4. Good Faith Statement A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy Statement A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
6. Signature Your physical or electronic signature.

Please submit your DMCA takedown notice through our Contact Page. Include "DMCA Takedown Request" in the subject of your message.

Upon receiving a valid and complete DMCA notice, Piclumi will:

• Review the claim and verify the information provided
• Temporarily disable or remove access to the allegedly infringing content
• Notify the content contributor (if applicable) of the takedown
• Respond to you confirming the action taken
• Maintain a record of the claim for our internal documentation

If you believe your content was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include:

• Your full name, address, phone number, and email address
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable court
• Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

Piclumi has a strict policy against repeat copyright infringers. In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate the accounts or access of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.

Filing a false or misleading DMCA notice is a serious legal matter. Under the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)), any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees incurred by the alleged infringer.

Piclumi reserves the right to seek legal remedies against any party that submits false or abusive DMCA claims.

Piclumi uses artificial intelligence tools to generate original images. These AI-generated images are created independently and do not reproduce or copy existing copyrighted works. However:

• If you believe an AI-generated image on our platform too closely resembles your copyrighted work, you may submit a DMCA notice
• We will review the claim carefully, taking into account the nature of AI-generated content
• We are committed to acting in good faith on all valid copyright claims, including those involving AI content

If you discover that images from Piclumi are being used on other websites or platforms in violation of our license terms (for example, being resold on stock platforms), please report this to us via our Contact Page with the following details:

• URL of the infringing use
• The original Piclumi image URL
• Description of the violation

We take license violations seriously and will take appropriate action.

Piclumi reserves the right to update this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
